Standard counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
Yes. Counselling is available both in person and online through Zoom, allowing you to choose the option that feels most suitable and accessible for you.
Individual and online counselling sessions are $120 per 60-minute session. Full payment information is available on our Fees page.
Yes. A free 15-minute phone consultation is available with no obligation. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions and consider whether counselling feels like the right next step for you.
Appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please use the contact form or appointment button to get in touch. Appointments paid by bank transfer are confirmed once the funds have cleared.
Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer and must be made in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
No. You do not need a GP referral to arrange counselling. You can contact us directly to request an appointment or a free initial phone consultation.
Our counselling services are currently available to adults aged 18 and over.
Yes. Information shared during counselling is treated confidentially. However, confidentiality has legal and professional limits, including circumstances where disclosure may be required by law or under professional obligations. These limits will be explained before counselling begins, and you are welcome to ask questions at any time.
The free 15-minute phone consultation is an informal opportunity to get to know one another, ask some initial questions and consider whether counselling feels like a suitable next step. Your first full counselling session provides more time to expand on what brought you to counselling, discuss what you would like support with and begin exploring your needs at a comfortable pace.
